Shipping Policy

Due to the ever-changing global situation, there may be delays with your order due to staff shortages, border control, or delivery absences. We will always do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For any issues, please contact our customer service at sales@nexgenexport.com. WHERE WE SHIP:

Our website automatically detects your country based on your location.

  • United States:
    We ship to all contiguous states but do not deliver to Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii. However, we can ship orders to a reshipper for delivery to these areas. Please note, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

  • Canada:
    We deliver directly to Canada.

ESTIMATED DISPATCH DATES:

Dispatch dates provided are estimates and not exact wait times. These estimates are displayed on each product page and may vary.

Processing time: 2 to 5 working days.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES:

  • USA: 5–8 working days after dispatch.
  • Canada: 6–10 working days after dispatch.

We strive to ensure timely delivery and welcome you to contact us anytime to check your order status.


DELIVERY TIME SLOTS AND ACCESS:

You will receive a delivery timeslot notification before the delivery.

  • Standard Delivery Times: Weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM (excludes weekends and national holidays).
  • Access: Ensure clear access for delivery and move fragile objects (e.g., lights, vases, pictures) beforehand. It is your responsibility to confirm that the items fit into the property before placing the order.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION:

Currently, we do not offer unpacking, installation, or assembly services. Standard delivery is to the door only.


OUR LIABILITY:

In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, traffic delays, weather disruptions, or pandemic-related issues), we will contact you to reschedule.

Liability Limitations:

  • We are not responsible for losses such as revenue, profits, anticipated savings, or business opportunities caused by delivery delays beyond our control.
  • We are not liable for defects caused by negligence on your or a third party's part.
  • Compensation is limited to a refund of the goods' amount (minus delivery charges).
